oem cc 12c : cannot connect to an agent

Hi,

In my oem cloud control 12c I've got the following error message

Metric evaluation error start - unable to connect to the agent at https://host:3872/emd/main/ [Connection refused: connect]

where host is the machine where the agent si located.

Please help me
