New retial stores

Hi,

We are a online retail which ship teh order from one warehouse , everythig was working fine. But now we have opned physical stores at diffrent locations and would be selling the products from there?

My question is

For moving products to stores

should i created min max planning and the later cycle count for inventory count

or

i create stores as Business-to-business customers and do not bill them instead make internat adjsutments of cost(but how I would be doing inventory count)?
