Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. GoldenGate, Streams and Distributed Database (MOSC)

ORA-01344

Hi all.

I have a problem with streams downstream capture process starting.

When I try to start capture process it give me an error:

ORA-01344: LogMiner coordinator already attached

Can I solve this problem without instance rebooting?

System info:

Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.0

Red hat enterprise linux 6
