User Access Management - Site and Sites Database sections missing?

I'm currently reading through the Adminstrator's guide for 11.1.1.8 and have a couple of issues in chapter 4 (Working with ACLs and Roles).

4.3.4 Assigning ACLs to Custom Tables states:

"To assign ACLs to an existing table

  1. In the Admin tab, expand User Access Management, then double-click Sites Database.WebCenter Sites displays the Sites Database form."

4.3.5 Assigning ACLs to WebCenter Sites Pages (SiteCatalog Page Entries) states:

"To assign ACLs to a page entry that is not associated with a SiteEntry or template asset

  1. In the Admin tab, expand User Access Management, then double-click Site.WebCenter Sites displays the Site form:"

I can't see either Sites Database or Site under User Access Management, just; User, Roles, ACLs, User Profiles and REST Security. Am I missing something or has this moved somewhere else in the tree and the documentation is out of date? I'm using the 11.1.1.8 JSK + avisports sample site and I'm logged in as fwadmin if it matters.

Howdy, Stranger!
