Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Allow to pay invoice before invoice date or GL date

Why system is allowing to pay invoice before invoice date or GL date ??

For Example.

I have created Invoice and date of invoice is 10-Oct-2013 and I pay invoice on 9-Oct-2013, system allows to pay invoice. why ?
