Mismatch between Bursting report File Name and Title of the Report

Hi..

     i am  running bursting report with Split by Region and Delivery by Manager,Using RTF Template  and My query has been developed to have  Region Name as file Name(Output Name) ,

i am getting different output file names even though Report is splitting for some particular Region.(Example Data is Splitting for South Florida Region but file name is showing South East).

running in 11.1.1.7.131017
