7th Day OT rule doesn't copy subsidiary to timecard

I opened an SR for this over a month ago after closing the original SR that my client had opened 6 months ago and got no response for.  Now, in addition to operations in California, they are beginning work in Puerto Rico which also requires that this work correctly.  Can someone please tell me how to get this resolved??  I haven't gotten any response since I first opened it!!
