Is there a SQL script that we can run against gl interface to see if someone had deleted a previous

We had an incident where AP was running a Create Accounting job in Draft mode but the JE entry that was supposed to be imported did not show on the Create accounting report.  Our assumption is that this entry was deleted from the GL Interface table.  Is there a way we can run a SQL and go back to see who and when this entry was deleted?
