save flat file to windows path

I'm running JDE ERP 8.12 with Tools 8.98 upgrade 4.12 on an AS400.


I ran across an article that said that BI Pub output could be directed to a Windows filepath in ERP 9.  Was wondering whether a Tools release has made it possible to have the  UBE output to a Windows filepath (or can it still only wrtie the file to an IFS filepath)
