Why are Internet Expenses LOV's Blank After Saving apwexpmc.xls Spreadsheet

Greetings,

I don't see an Internet Expenses community to ask for assistance, so I am asking it in Payables.  We are implementing 11.5.10.2 Internet Expenses and after making changes to the Expense Report spreadsheet template (disconnected expense report processing) Expense Types and Currency Codes spreadsheets and save, these fields LOV's are blank.  See attached screen shot.  Please advise or direct me to another community that might be able to help me.
