When Running Create Accounting Draft I get a message saying there are no eligible transaction

When running the Create Accounting in Draft mode, I get message acknowledging that there are no eligible transaction to account.  This also shows up when running in Final Mode.  This transaction was there on my first initial run but it had an accounting error.  How did this transaction get deleted when no one deleted it manually?
