Additional Attribute Context Value as Acquisition Plan Summary in R12.1.3

Hi,

We have recently upgraded from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3 and can see new attribute on create contract webpage as Context Value as Acquisition Plan Summary. This is not in 11i.

I want to understant the functionality of this addtional field.
