Column Headers Not Center aligned on Open UI

Hi All,

We have a partner portal application (Siebel eChannel CME) that is on 8.1.1.10 Open UI. Users reported that, on most of list applets, column headers are right aligned. When I checked configuration, almost all applets are using Applet List Grid Layout web template. The corresponding file was not present in OUIWEBTMPL directory. I copied corresponding file on Dev environment and observed that after copying in OUIWEBTMPL directory, column headers are center aligned as expected. However same thing is not working on higher environments. In Tools, all applets list columns has Text Alignment property set to Right. My question is, in
