Some of the items in our ABC Assignment set are missing the schedule for CC

Hello Guru's

We have a bunch of items which are not scheduled for cycle count for 2013. These were scheduled and counted in 2012. Two things here ..  Not Scheduled and Not counted. For being picked up for cycle count, my udnerstanding is that the item has to be scheduled first based on the class it is under in the ABC Classes. This one item 13-3373 is assigned to Class Band frequency to be counted is 2 times an year. This item was in Class A, untill 2012 (Count frequency of 4 times a year). the item was re-assigned to Class B,
