Error on WF that are sending emails

Came in this morning and withing the first 3 hours I had 53 failures spanning over 5 different WFs where it was unable to send out emails. None of these workflows have been touched or modified. The following error is attached to each failure. Has

anyone ran across this before?

Failed to send email: (: 0) error code = 41207, system error = 0, msg1 = (null), msg2 = (null), msg3 = (null), msg4 = (null)(SBL-ODS-00200)...
