Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all,

We are using EBS version 12.1.3 with database version 11.2.0.3

When the analyst tried to query project status inquiry screen, there is this ora-04063 error thrown out. Please see the attached image.

How should I approach to investigate this issue? Gurus, please advise. Thank you very much.
