Create accounting- Cost Management errors out

Users are trying to run the month ending closure for JAN 2014 in R12 and the Accounting Program errors out

The diagnostics for the Accounting Program are

This request finished with an error and produced the following completion message: An internal error occurred.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_pkg.unit_processor.  ORA-28113: policy predicate has error.

Please, help with this as we need to close the month ending ones by the end of the day..
