Send Mail feature question

Hello,

In WebCenter Portal (11.1.1.8), when I click the 'Send Mail to Members' menu item from the 'Contact' menu drop down list, an outlook window is popup. In the outlook window, in the 'To...' address list, all members email addresses are listed. However, all the email addresses are separated by comma "," instead of semi-colon ";", so when I click the Send button, I am getting error because in outlook, multiple email addresses should be divided by semi-colon.

Is there any configuration setting in WebCenter Portal to change the email list to separate email addresses by semi-colon ";"stead of comma ","?
