Can we Separate Create Accounting in each Operating Units?

Dear Oracle Support Community,

I have a question and need suggestion from you, my company use oracle with multiple operating unit. Now, we have problem about create accounting. When we do create accounting, it run in all operating unit. Whereas we want the create accounting is run in each operating unit. Can we do that?  What must we set up for this condition?
