lock error while approving price event

Hi Experts,

I am facing the below error while approving price event through injector batch.

''Unable to process price event as item/loc locked by another user'' and RPM_CON_CHECK_ERROR table contains “item_locs_in_price_event_are_locked” error.

Can any one please advice why and when we face this issue? And what is the solution to over come of it.?
