How to do "create accounting" by branch

Hi, all

We had set a new branch up. But we got a problem. We cannot do "create accounting" by branch.. If we do it now, the transaction of all branch would be generated, even we use branch user's responsibility.

Is there anyone can guide us how to do "create accounting" by branch? Is there any setup we can do?
