Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi Gurus,

Can anyone help me to understand as how I can change the warranty description which is being directly created from OM.

Is there any setup which I can check while entering my SO.

I want to have a user friendly description for the warranty which is being created from OM when the product is shipped to the customer.
