Special Information Type - restrictions

Hi

Our customer is utilizing Special Information Types 'Timeseddelsindtaster' on employees. A 'Timeseddelsindtaster' is used as the approver of a timesheet in an 3rd party software. The enhancement requests are:

1: limit the amount of 'Timeseddelsindtaster' to 1 per person, and

2: Restrict employees with the responsibilty that allows them to alter Special Information Types, so that they can not set 'Timeseddelsindtaster' to self.

Any ideas on how to do this or documentation, where we can read up upon it ourselves?
