configured items BOM is missing multiple instantiation options

Hi,

We have HYBERID ATO model in whihca child ATO model with supply type phantom is defined as multiple instantiation.

we configure the top parent in configurator and configure multiple times the child ATO model.

we run program "autocreate configuration items" and the configured line created for the top parent is put on hold "autoconfig exception hold".

this is because there is a difference between the BOM of the configured item and the sales order.

the sales order imcludes the options of the child ATO model that was configured multiple times , the bom of the configured itme does not include the options of the chile ATO.
