Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I don't know if this 3 components are compatible, I want to update oracle database from 10.2.0.3 to 11g r2
