Sweden Sequential Numbering by Legal Entity

Hi,

Our accounting advisers have stated that it is a mandatory requirement for Swedish companies to have gapless sequential numbering by Legal Entity.

Due to R12 functionality to have sequential numbering assigned to the Ledger, the standard way to deal with this requirement, would be to have one ledger and one OU per ledgal entity.

Firstly, can anyone confirm that it is a legal requirement in Sweden for sequential numbering to generated by legal entity.

Secondly, based on the example of four Legal Entities, has anyone come up with / can think of a clever solution where is there is one ledger with one OU and sequences can be defined by Legal Entity?  I am assuming, that this would require an extension.

Howdy, Stranger!
