F43080 data

I need to use functionalities of P43080. As of now, I do not have any data in table F43080. Also, I can not insert new data in table from front end. Can you please give me advise on what should be inserted in F43080 to start with. I am not concerned about the fields like Extended cost etc where in I need to udpate 1. I am questioning about fields like Order type etc.

Also, should there be only one line in F43080 or can we have multiple lines in F43080. And how?
