login with ssh-agent or the likes of

We have moved to host shell access via ssh-agent and are really happy with the high security bar it sets.  It is a challenge-response technology, so it can't be replayed by a black hat.  Is there any similar technology adapted for Oracle sqlplus login, something that does not use a password?   Thanks.
