Time Entry Timer app?

Hi All,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a desktop (or mobile) app that has a timer for the user to record billable time usage as it happens and then feed it into PeopleSoft.  We are using the Travel and Expenses module for our time entry.
