Loadmeasure -defrag and defrag

Hi,

I've been looking for a way to defragment a domain I'm using, and i found documentatation only for the loadmeasure -defrag utility in the administration guide.

Serching the knowledge base, thought, I found this link (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=820325.1&displayIndex=11) that described the defrag utility.

I just want to know if there are any differences between the two, apart from the data loading.
