SBL-GEN-00000: Unable to load message 0xffff error received when copying a quote record

Hello,

When trying to copy a quote record, I get error message:"Unable to load message 0xffff Parameter1 = (SBL-GEN-00000:)". Strangely, it's only on this particular quote record that this error message pops up. i have attached the log file. Thank you for your help on this.
