Resource and Overhead account derivation in COGS

Hello Team,

Can you please provide me a document or share information on how?

1. COGS accounts (Material, Overhead and Resource) are derived (from where) in case of standard customer shipment.

2. COGS accounts (Material, Overhead and Resource) are derived (from where) in case of Intercompany shipment (Intercompany Order or Internal Sales Order.)
