Tasklists/Documents in HFM Database

Hello,

I have two 2 questions/problems.

1. How can i find directly in the database what is in a tasklist (WDEFs, Grids,...). Not the location of the document, but which document is in that tasklist. Example: I have in TasklistXY 2 Grids and i want to see in the database which grids are that (without opening the tasklistXY in workspace)

2. Where can i find a script from a WDEF in the database?
