Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Generate Word Document is menu option missing from Contracts

Note: : 1611809.1 states this sometimes happens with an upgrade from 11i to R12. They recommend applying the latest roll up patch R12.1.3.

Is there a workaround for this? Does the generation of the pdf documents in R12, remove the need for this document?
