Question about concurrent program’s name settings on RightFax for PO fax

Our client states that in the past, a PO Approval request was submitted, a PDF file (customized layout) was faxed successful to the fax number provided  from RightFax server to vendors.

BUT they has an issue recently with PO fax from RightFax,   They have to run the customized concurrent program “XXX_ Print Purchase Orders” and the PDF file (customized layout) will faxed successful from RightFax server to vendors. It is no longer automatically to launch this request by PO Approval Workflow.

By diagnose this issue, in the current EBS application, the PO Approval Workflow is launched for seeded concurrent program “
