Custom ENV not available at P9670 for ESU apply

dear  all

I have created custom ENV .  I  need to install  some ESU's for this custom ENV.   through P9670  . how to make it available  through this APP.

Note : this ENV is working  and in production .  the only way am using to apply the ESU is using  OMW  by transferring the object from JDE standard ENV to custom .

we  have JDEENT 9.1 version  tool release 9.1.4.1 .
