Send Email Workflow.

Dear ,,,

Some workflows "send email" are not working properly, we have some record types have send email workflow when save the record type, when try to save the record type the system shown below error :-

"Unable to evaluate workflow rule for the following reason
  Notify feedback creators supervisor ;failure to send email(:0) errorcode=41207.system error =0 msg=(null) msg2=null msg 3=null msg4=nullsbl ods 00200
  Sblods 00500"

Kindly, Find attached.

If you have any idea about the issue, Kindly help me
