Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why FSG report cannot show all ledger in parameter field?

Checked the data security and data access sets , no restriction related.

The ledger type for that cannot be selected ledger is secondary ledger.

Or we always cannot submit the FSG reprot for secondary ledger ?
