RMAN restoration: ORA-19870:ORA-19504:ORA-27044:Linux-x86_64 Error: 27: File too large

Getting below errors while restoring rman backup.

channel c1: ORA-19870: error while restoring backup piece /u01/ofsaa_bkp/OFSAA_full_db_29p0a2rq_1_1_10022014.bak

ORA-19504: failed to create file "/u01/oracle/oradata/ofsaa/dm_data_ts01.dbf"

ORA-27044: unable to write the header block of file

Linux-x86_64 Error: 27: File too large

Additional information: 4

OS:  Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.3 (Tikanga)

Database: 11.2.0..3

os user session limits.

[oracle@sr01ofsaatst ~]$ ulimit -a

core file size          (blocks, -c) 0

data seg size           (kbytes, -d) unlimited

scheduling priority             (-e) 0

file size               (blocks, -f) unlimited
