Receipt method

Hi,

There was a receipt method created about two years ago, suddenly it is not appearing in the list of receipt method in the receivable window.  The problem is occuring on a live instance

on oracle E-Business Suite version 12.1.  the name is not appearing in the list of receipt method  but when run query on toad

select * from ar_receipt_methods

where name like 'Deposit before 2011'

Please what could cause the receipt method not appearing on the receipt workbench.
