Issue with creating Product Constraint in Siebel OpenUI

Dear Siebel experts,

Could you please advise what can be wrong with creatinf Product constraints in OpenUI?  I'm trying to create new constrain:

1) Navigation to Product Definitions -> pick "Product"

2) Drilldown to "Work Space" version -> Navigate to Constraints  View

3) Click button "New Constraint" ->  Pick a Constraint from the list e.g. Exclude  then "Continue" button

.. and we got the problem,  read only view is displayed and application crashes!


Do you have any idea how to fix it?  Any advice or comment is welcome!

Application version:  Siebel 8.1.1.11 SIA
