RDF Promotion Forecast fails with error

Hi to everyone!

There is the following problem - if not to disable Casual forecasting the forecast fails with error: "ForecastException: $DOMAIN/data/promo.pvarxlp001%1can not be aggregated to the forecast intersection!". It happens when Sourse Lelev is not same as Final Level. If they are same forecast generates without errors. Default aggregation for pvar is ambig. All promo effects have aggregation of average.

Promo solution was configured throught Automation -> Promote plagin. All plugins are also in resourses folder on server. Tried both on RPAS133 and RPAS134 and have the same result.

Any help will be really appreciated!
