posting any journal in previous year causing error without closing periods

Hi All ,

     My Problem is posting any journal in previous year causing error without closing periods  , with the following error :

UTIL0020: Invalid concatenated segment

SHRD0030: glpire() encountered an error returning from errexit:

ORA-01403: no data found

i attached the full log , hopping someone can help me soon ,
