SmartView: Essbase Error (1020011): Maximum number of rows [50000] exceeded.

I know this is a frequent question, but I cannot get this value to work.  Some time ago, the maximum number of rows was changed from 5000 to 50000.  50000 rows was not enough, and I am trying to increase it.  I searched for all the essbase.properties files that had service.olap.dataQuery.grid.maxRows=50000, and changed them to service.olap.dataQuery.grid.maxRows=1048576.  I found three files:

\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\common\EssbaseJavaAPI\11.1.2.0\bin

\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\aps\bin

\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\Essbase\aps\bin

I stopped and started all the Hyperion services, and SmartView still throws the maximum rows error with 50000.
