Receiving Transactions - Deliver

Purchasing Options --> Receipt Close Point --> Received.

Purchase Order --> Receipt Routing Method - Standard (2 step process - Receive & Deliver)

Mathcing - 3 way

When we receive goods, we create a transaction with type 'Receive', and then we create the Deliver to move the goods to the sub-inventory/Expense.

Sometimes, users forget to create the Deliver for the receipts.

Is there any report in Oracle which tells us that the receipt is not yet delivered ? Please suggest.
