Differences between gl_balance table and the jl_co_gl_balance table. Entity id issue in XLA tables.

Hi Community.

When the user run the third process for Colombia, we detect a difference between the gl_balance table and the jl_co_gl_balance table to the 73956001 account.

When we made a trace of the third process pkg, we found that the entity_id (in the xla_ae_headers table) don't exists in the xla_transaction_entities table, and this is why the process don't select the transaction that is causing the difference.

We want to know why this happening and how to solve it.
