Golden Gate 12.1.2.0.0

We are looking to upgrade/install to Golden Gate 12.1.2.0.0. 


OGG 12c is available for download from the Oracle Software Delivery Cloud (edelivery.oracle.com)

I want to confirm the correct down load. Oracle GoldenGate V12.1.2.0.0 for Oracle on Solaris Sparc (64 bit). Part Number V40149-01 I don't see anything that mentions the current Oracle Database we are running. 11.2.0.3.0. Will this down load work with my current Oracle Database 11.2.0.3.0?


It appears that OGG 12.1.2.0.0 needs to run on Oracle 11.2.0.4.0 or higher?   Is this correct?

Is the OGG 12.1.2.0.0 a new install vs upgrade from my current 11.2.1.0.7?
