HFM Security problems - Group access not taking affect

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help with this issue.

We have MSAD users, who are assigned to Native Groups.  The Native Groups are provisioned to certain Security Classes.

The problem we are now having is that in some cases, when a user gets added to a Native Group via shared services, the system is not acknowledging the change. 

If I look at the properties for the native group I can see that the user is listed correctly under User Members.  However, when I run a 'Users by Group' report from SS, the user is not listed under the group.  Also, when it comes to the user's actual access to the application, it is as if he is not a member of the group.
