No configuration displayed after returning from configurator selections

Hi There,

Will certainly appreciate any promt response on this.

We got our development instance refreshed, All the connectivity is in place and double checked. We use to configure the pre-configured BOM using Oracle BOM screen launching configurator from Tools>>Configure BIlls. I launch configurator and  after selecting the options and finalizing configuration when we click on Finish button, we do not see any configuration on BOM screen, Can anybody please suggest on this, what needs to be done?

I tried publishing model again to instance but got error

"

BOM Synchronization, version 115.36.115101.13, started 2014/02/11/13:58:38, session run ID: 2853

Unable to continue because of ORA-01406: fetched column value was truncated
