Vertex calculation for non-stock items

Hi

We are facing an issue with the taxation of non stock orders. We have a setup driven by a category code on the customer as well as a SRP6 (we have aobut 50 different values)  on the item. When we enter an stock order taxaction works perfect.

In this case no tax is calculated as expected.

However if I enter the exact same order as non stock order tax is applied. I believe it is bacause SRP6 is not passed to Vertex due to this being a non stock line. We run into this when we want to do re-bills etc.
